Parker Gauge Siphon and Swivels

Parker PGI’s Gauge Siphons provide a thermal barrier to protect your instruments from harmful vapors with a compact sturdy design that also reduces vibrations. The optional safety excess flow check/snubber eliminates damage due to pressure surges.

Parker PGI’s Gauge Siphons and Swivels replace the old style "pigtail" or coiled siphons.  The Gauge Siphons are used to provide a thermal barrier which protects your instruments from harmful vapors and the optional safety excess flow check/snubber eliminates damage due to pressure surges.  The Gauge Siphons can also be used as either a freeze or steam protector when used with the proper fill fluids. When very high heat is present, the siphon, used in conjunction with the PGI Division’s V-506 Grafoil® packed Hand Valve, reduces temperatures seen at the instrument by lengthening the isolation leg.
