Eriberto Anguiano

Eriberto “Eddy” Anguiano is an electrical technician in Chandler, AZ. He has become a key manufacturing team member. Eriberto is the only technician who knows and understands how to assemble customer specific builds and other smaller builds. He can build multiple assemblies at the same time and is often faster than the time estimated to complete each, saving time and money.

Recently, Eriberto had the opportunity to cross train with Valin’s Panel Shop. He took the challenge head-on and successfully built two control panels within his first few weeks. The two panels, while small, are among the more complicated panels built by Valin. The two panels performed perfectly during live power-up testing and functioned within specifications. He did all of this while training two temporary workers.

He has done an excellent job of teaching, by example, not only how to build assemblies, but also how to be a patient and thoughtful coworker. Eriberto is always pitching in and helping, providing advice to recently hired employees and other employees in training. He is helping train two Valin electrical technicians on how to build lifts for a large OEM customer at the same time he is in training.

He takes the time to learn and understand the steps for each assembly. He then shares his knowledge by breaking down the more complex steps and simplifying the process so that others can learn and understand. He has a true team mentality. He has become the go-to person for advice and assistance among his peers. He is always willing to help, encouraging others to learn more. He is very professional when training and helps others feel comfortable while learning the process.

His hard work and positive attitude are examples that all should strive to emulate. His efforts contribute to making Valin stronger by increasing the company’s capabilities that benefit our customers.
