Swivellink Mounts

hi I'm Chris Wragge me with swiveling and I'm Dale booth was formerly I cover the Americas and I cover international. So we're gonna start putting these videos together they're gonna be raw all they're gonna be live and hopefully a little entertaining and not too boring.

So the first one we're gonna do is we're gonna start off with the mounting line and go through the options on here and just give you a brief rundown. So I'm gonna go ahead and start with this, we've got three sizes here the XS series the standard series in the heavy-duty series.

The blue is our Imperial line the grey is our metric so three options there and Imperial or metric. I'm gonna go ahead and move this to the side and I'm gonna let dell build up a single arm here and show you just how quick and easy that is.

So the first part you're gonna always start off with is the base that's what's
gonna get mounted to your table the extrusion the machine. Wherever it be mounted on that's what goes on first. Next would be your knuckle followed up by the link we've got variable sizes there.

And then the last thing that's gonna go on is the base followed up with a plate and then as you can see right here, we have a smart vision light on our website.  If you go to the brand match section, we do have a plethora of different plate options you can either search by brain or start typing in the series number. Whatever you want to do on that so some of the new components that we've drilled out recently. The first one would be our base we designed that for extrusion or if you're in a confined area and you need to save on space. It's good for that as well next thing here is our telescoping link so you're able to telescope up, basically from 6 inches to 10 inches so four inches worth of telescoping.

Last thing we have here that is new is our sensor bracket, so this is designed to work with the procs or other types of sensors, but it does have a hole on the underneath side. A hole in the back side here you're able to get 360 rotation and then some rotation with the racket as well a couple of nice things.

With swiveling the first thing here is the cable management so you can run the cables down direct through all the parts. And out so it looks nice and clean or if dil ever got mad at me and wanted to come up and swing at me and miss and hit. The component well it's protected that.

The biggest thing that you're going to run into is the flexibility that's going to be the most important thing so when it comes to the lighting the camera that's being installed. If you can't get a position where you need to that's where the trouble comes into play and that's where we have the answers.
