There are four standard liquid end materials available within the product series PVC, GFRPP, PVDF, and 316 stainless steel. Increasing volume per stroke and decreasing dead volume increases the compression ratio making a pump design excellent for pumping chemicals that contain a lot of gas. The high-pressure pumps were designed for feeding chemicals into applications at higher pressures than the standard pumps. The high viscosity pumps were designed to efficiently pump viscous materials such as polymers and other coagulants. The pump controller utilizes several control methods for output control. Manual control is achieved through stroke length adjustment or pump speed adjustment or a combination of both.
Stroke rate is displayed as a percentage of full speed or one of several flow rate units. in addition to manual control the pump is also capable of being proportionally controlled by either analog or digital input signals. The multiply control can be used to set multiple pump strokes for every digital input. The divide control allows the pump to stroke for a predefined number of input signals.
Programmable analog control allows control of a pump stroke range between any two arbitrary points of the 0 to 20 milliampere scale. To support the full line of metering pumps.
