For new liquid filtration applications – or if you are considering upgrading your system – consider the benefits of Cardinal's High Flow Cartridges over traditional 2.5” pleated or depth filters.
On a 350 GPM System:
- One Cardinal 60” High Flow Cartridge for 350 GPM flow equals 18 2.5” pleated filters or 24 depth filters (String or MeltBlown) for the same flow rate
- One 60” Cardinal High Flow Cartridge will hold up to 15 lbs. of contaminate
- Housing for one filter cartridge is 8.5” in diameter vs. housing for 18 filter cartridges which would be 14” in diameter (or 16” in diameter to hold 24 filter cartridges)
- Housing cost is 1/3 of the cost of traditional 2.5” pleated or depth filters
- Housing foot print can be as much as 50% smaller
- Reduced time for change out
On a 2000 GPM System:
- Seven Cardinal 60” High Flow Cartridge’s for 2000 GPM flow. It would take 85 2.5” pleated filters or 120 depth filters (String or MeltBlown) for the same flow rate
- One 60” Cardinal High Flow Cartridge will hold up to 15 lbs. of contaminate
- Housing for seven filter cartridges is 24” in diameter vs. housing for 85 filter cartridges which would be 30” in diameter (or 36” in diameter to hold 120 cartridges)
- Housing cost is 1/3 of the cost of traditional 2.5” pleated or depth filters
- Housing foot print can be as much as 50% smaller
- Reduced time for change out
