The file hard (60RC) high strength aluminum alloy tube provides a smooth corrosion free sealing surface and excellent abrasion resistance. The end caps are made of anodized aluminum for corrosion resistance. The cast iron rod bushing in addition to the extra wide wear band provide maximum load bearing support. The piston rod and rod seal and wiper are made from highly durable material for long-lasting service.
