Parker’s PPD Series of Portable Desiccant Compressed Air Dryers are comprehensive compressed air treatment systems each equipped with multiple stages of a filtration and a twin tower adsorption dryer for compressed air dehumidification. Packaged on portable, heavy-duty skid these highly engineered systems ensure high quality compressed air in accordance with ISO8573-1, the international standard for compressed air quality.

• Comprehensive system design with two coalescing pre-filters, desiccant dryer and dry particulate after-filter ensures clean, dry air in accordance with ISO8573-1.
• Optional integrated air-cooled aftercooler with water separator package cools compressed air down to within 15°F of ambient temperature and removes bulk liquids.
• Heavy duty, draggable skid with lifting lugs and fork holes result in ease of transportation.
• Selectable cycle modes deliver a continuous dewpoint of -40°F with Standard Cycle or dewpoints as low as -100°F with Short Cycle.

Equipped with dual coalescing pre-filters as standard, these systems remove harmful compressed air contaminants; including: atmospheric particles, rust, pipe scale, microorganisms, water aerosols and oil aerosols.

Following pre-filtration, the compressed air enters a twin tower desiccant dryer, which removes water vapor and delivers a constant pressure dewpoint of -40°F (-40°C) or better to downstream equipment and/or processes.

Once dried, the compressed air flows through a dry particulate after-filter to capture any desiccant dust that may attempt to flow downstream.

Optionally, PPD dryers can come with an integrated air cooled aftercooler and water separator package. This feature cools incoming hot, saturated compressed air and removes bulk condensed liquid (water & oil) prior to entering the coalescing filters.
