Spun Poly Filter Cartridges offer a high grade, 4-zone true depth loading with a very high particle retention that provides exceptional dirt loading to give you the best element.

Elements are produced in standard and custom sizes to meet all applications including FDA compliant material for indirect food contact under 21CFR177 (current revision). Elements are produced using 100% polypropylene and a unique integrated 3 stage process in 1 to 150 micron high efficiency grades.

End caps are thermally welded onto the cartridge with no glues or additives.
 

Cardinal Spun Poly Filter Cartridges Specifications:

  • Micron Ratings:  1, 3, 5,10, 20, 25, 30, 50, 75, 100 & 150 micron
  • Construction: Polypropylene
  • Optional Core & End Caps: Polypropylene
  • Maximum Operating Conditions: 155F for Polypropylene at 20 PSID without a core - Recommended change point at 15 PSID.
  • Diameter: O.D. 2.5 to 4.5 and I.D. 1 center
  • Nominal Lengths: 9.75 to 50
